You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
Intellectual property
The design, text, logo and brand names on this website — including AURIVANTEQ, AURIVANTEQ Systems, AURIVANTEQ Studios and AURIMART — belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them without written permission. Visiting the site does not transfer any rights to you. Intellectual property in client projects transfers according to the terms of the relevant project agreement.
Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and we may update or remove content without notice. The site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
Service descriptions
Descriptions on this site — including our service categories — outline what we are able to build. The exact scope, features and deliverables for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Pricing
Where a price is published on this site, it may be updated and is confirmed with you in writing before any order proceeds. Custom work is quoted per engagement: pricing varies according to scope, requirements, complexity and implementation needs. See Solutions & Pricing for how we structure it.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated in them and become binding when you accept them in writing. Prices in a quote exclude third-party costs unless the quote states otherwise.
Project scope
The agreed scope is set out in your quote, proposal or agreement. Changes are handled through written change requests and may affect cost and timeline.
Payments
Payments are invoiced according to your quote or agreement. Where staged payments are agreed (a deposit plus milestone payments, for example), work proceeds stage by stage as those payments are made. We may pause work on overdue invoices until the account is brought up to date.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your agreement or quote. Where they are silent, both parties will agree reasonable terms in writing before work begins. Work already completed and costs already committed remain payable.
Third-party services
This website and some projects rely on third parties — hosting providers, platforms, font and icon providers and others. Their own terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website to do anything unlawful, interfere with or attempt to breach its security, overload it with automated traffic, copy its content at scale, or misrepresent your relationship with AURIVANTEQ.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. For services we provide, our liability is as set out in your agreement and, where the law allows, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Warranty and disclaimer
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We stand behind our services as described in your written agreement. Except for warranties stated in that agreement, implied warranties are excluded to the extent the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally; failing that, the competent courts of Malawi have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
